"I initially established my vehicle insurance policy with Jessie Vincent. She was great. I reestablished my policy with the office manager Monica Flores, because Jessie was supposedly on maternity leave. Ms. Flores is a fraud, unprofessional, a liar, and a con artist. If you read this review before establishing insurance with their office heed this warning. Choose a different office and better yet don't choose State Farm. If you choose to establish a policy with this office, document everything and record your phone calls. I was scammed out of my money and had to learn the hard way. Still a small price to pay to be able to share this review and be rid of State Farm forever. If the option was available this review would of received no stars."
